Despite the chaos that can ensue when a group of people with competing needs and desires come together, Jen and the people she works with managed to give us experiences that I won't stop thinking about for a long time. She introduced us to many local people (and art! and foods!) and managed to do it in a way that didn't feel touristy or intrusive but felt as genuine as one could hope for.
