BACKSTRAP WEAVING OF ANGAUAN, MICHOACAN

Angahuan village is most known for a jumping-off place for visiting the famous Paricutin volcano and nearby ruins of the Church of San Juan Parangaricutiro, which was nearly devoured by the lava  Our visit also includes a lovely family of backstrap weavers who create gorgeous shawls and ponchos from both cotton and wool. We will also be having lunch here!
